With Election Day just one day away, we’re doing one last check in on the latest DraftKings odds for the presidential race between former President Donald Trump (R) and Vice President Kamala Harris (D). Presidential election betting lines on DraftKings Sportsbook are available exclusively in Ontario, Canada.
Harris is showing some improvement as we prepare for the polls to open on Tuesday, with the vice president now sitting at +120. Trump is still favored at -140, but these odds mark a change from last week when Harris sat at +150 compared to Trump’s stronger odds at -185.
According to RealClear Polling, in the current Electoral College battleground states, Harris holds a slight edge in Wisconsin and Michigan, leading by +0.4 and +1.2, respectively. Meanwhile, Trump maintains leads in Pennsylvania (+0.3), North Carolina (+1.5), Georgia (+1.9), Arizona (+2.5), and Nevada (+1.0). Harris’s progress in these key states could be crucial as she closes in on Trump’s lead across other battlegrounds. Her momentum in these contested areas could play a decisive role in shaping the outcome of Tuesday’s election.
Part of that momentum can be seen in Iowa, where polling has taken a surprising turn in Harris’ favor. In an unexpected shift, the latest Des Moines Register poll released on Friday shows Harris ahead of Trump by three points (47%-44%) in Iowa — a result that had the pollster noting, “It’s hard for anybody to say they saw this coming.” This is in line with the latest ABC News/Ipsos poll, which also shows Harris with a three-point lead over Trump (49%-46%) among likely voters. This three-point distinction is significant because it reflects the margin of the past eight presidential elections, in which the Democrats secured ownership of the popular vote in seven.
