Seahawks QB Geno Smith took a huge hit from DE Aaron Donald near the end of the third-quarter and has now gone into the medical tent. He landed on his shoulder and appeared to be holding his arm, but we don’t know the extent of the injury yet.

Update: Smith has missed most of the fourth quarter with an elbow injury. Los Angeles took the late lead, and now Seattle needs a comeback down one point with 1:31 left. Smith is back in the game and looking to lead a game-winning drive.
Update: Geno Smith is officially questionable to return with an elbow injury. A trainer wrapped his elbow on the sideline, but Drew Lock is taking the field again, per Greg Bell.
Update: Geno Smith is now out of the injury tent and throwing on the sideline. That’s a good sign, but we’ll see if he can come back in after the Rams finish this drive in the fourth quarter.
