The 2023 NFL season is reaching the winter season and as the playoff race heats up, most Survivor pools are wrapping up. Plenty might already be done, but there are still some going that will require picks in Week 14.
I took part in a pool that required a pick every week and then starting in Week 12 required two picks each week. I made it into Week 13 and things went south. Looking at my suggestions for last week, I went with the Steelers over the Cardinals and the Bucs over the Panthers. I had briefly considered the Jaguars over the Bengals. No matter what, it was a bad weekend.

Dolphins over Titans
49ers over Seahawks
Ravens over Rams
You’ve likely already used some of these teams, but I suspect the Ravens will be a fairly popular pick now that they’ve settled in and face a shaky Rams squad.
Best value picks
Packers over Giants
Texans over Jets
Both New York teams stink. Road games are always a little questionable for survivor, but this feels like something we should not overthink.
Trap pick
Steelers over Patriots
The Steelers are a six-point favorite heading into Thursday Night Football, but they’re coming into the game with Mitchell Trubisky starting at quarterback instead of Kenny Pickett. They’re still better than a bad Patriots squad, but I wouldn’t touch this game with a ten-foot pole.
