DraftKings NBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for 10/29/26

Updated:

By: Bill Yin

There are only three games on the NBA slate tonight. The Kings will visit the Pelicans at 8 PM ET, while the Cavaliers will visit the Hawks at the same time. The Trail Blazers will host the Grizzlies at 10 PM ET to close out the night.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening in Pick6 Fantasy Basketball! This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for today’s action.

Domantas Sabonis More than 13.5 Rebounds

Sabonis has been a beast on the glass to start the season, averaging a league-high 16.5 RPG with 18, 19, 15, and 14 boards across four appearances. The Kings are still thin in the front court, missing Keegan Murray, Maxime Raynaud, and Dylan Cardwell for tonight’s game. The Kings are relying on Sabonis heavily right now, giving him 36 MPG.

He’ll have a nice matchup against the Pelicans tonight, who have already allowed Nikola Jokic to collect 15 and 13 rebounds in two matchups this season, while Ivica Zubac also reached double figures against them in the season opener. With Sacramento relying so heavily on Sabonis and New Orleans struggling to contain opposing centers on the glass, 13.5 rebounds looks like a manageable number.

Zach LaVine More than 22.5 Points

Despite being 0-4, LaVine is putting up numbers. He’s averaging 27.3 PPG while clearing this 22.5-point line in two of his four appearances, including a 37-point game against Memphis on Sunday. The vet sharpshooter is playing 36 MPG like Sabonis and attempting 17.3 shots per contest, which is a healthy offensive workload that should remain intact with Murray sidelined tonight.

LaVine has also connected on three triples in every game, giving him another consistent source of scoring. New Orleans enters Thursday having allowed 122 PPG through four contests, with three opponents reaching at least 120 points. This is another promising matchup for Sacramento’s leading scorer as they hunt for their first win on the season.

Evan Mobley More than 17.5 Points

Atlanta has struggled against opposing forwards this season, surrendering a league-high 55.4 PPG to the position through its first five games. That’s an encouraging matchup for Mobley, who has averaged 20 PPG and scored at least 18 points in all four of Cleveland’s contests. He’s coming off his best offensive showing of the young season, scoring 24 points against Washington on Wednesday while knocking down five three-pointers. The treys are encouraging, as they suggest that Mobley is maybe expanding on that part of his offensive game that has been missing for so long. He’s been particularly impressive from beyond the arc, connecting on 12 of his 18 attempts through four games. That shooting percentage probably won’t last, but Atlanta’s defensive shortcomings and Mobley’s consistent playing time provide a compelling case for another big offensive performance, even on the second half of a back-to-back.
