George Pickens and the Dallas Cowboys will face off against the Green Bay Packers in tonight’s Week 6 Sunday Night Football matchup.
Neither side has gotten off to their desired start to the season. The Cowboys have slipped to 2-3 on the season and sit in second place in the NFC East. Coming off a disappointing loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers without Baker Mayfield last week, this is an important matchup for Dallas as it hopes to get back on track.
The Packers enter as narrow 1.5-point home favorites with -115 moneyline odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Cowboys hold -105 odds of getting the outright win, with the game total set at O/U 53.5 points.

There are plenty of ways to get involved. Check out the game preview and more on DraftKings Network. For now, here’s my top George Pickens prop bet for Sunday Night Football.
George Pickens Best Touchdown Pick at Packers
George Pickens Anytime Touchdown (+135)
After spending the first three seasons of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, George Pickens took his game to another level last year with the Dallas Cowboys. The 25-year-old earned his first Pro Bowl appearance, recording a career-high 93 receptions on 137 targets for 1,429 receiving yards and nine touchdowns on the season. Pickens was tied for eighth in receiving touchdowns across the entire NFL.
Pickens has gotten off to a slower start in his second season in Dallas. Through five games, the Georgia product has recorded 27 receptions on 41 targets for 355 receiving yards and one touchdown. However, he is trending in the right direction after delivering his best performance of the season last week against Tampa Bay, hauling in nine receptions on 13 targets for 130 yards and a touchdown. He will look to build on that performance against Green Bay.
This is especially the case with CeeDee Lamb battling a quad injury he initially sustained in Week 4. Lamb looked noticeably bothered by the end of last week. He was a full participant in practice and is expected to be active tonight, but what level he will be performing at is the bigger question. Pickens has proven capable of scaling up his role in the offense when needed, and this will be a storyline to note.
But even if Lamb is healthy, Pickens plays a valuable role in the red-zone attack in this pass-heavy Dallas offense. The Georgia product has the size, explosiveness and contested-catch ability to be a major weapon and has earned Dak Prescott’s trust. Entering Week 6, the Cowboys rank fifth in passing attempts per game, fifth in passing yards and fifth in EPA per pass play. They will face off with a Packers defense that ranks 10th in passing touchdowns allowed, but this has been more driven by their inability to stop the run. Green Bay currently ranks 30th in the NFL in rushing touchdowns conceded, and teams have wisely taken advantage of this.
Dallas leans on a pass-first attack, and there are expected to be plenty of points in this matchup, as evidenced by the 53.5-point game total. Pickens has been targeted four times within the 10-yard line this season, and he has seen 11+ targets in two of the last three games. Expect him to reach paydirt for the second straight week and begin getting back on track for the season.
