Week 6 of the 2026-27 NFL season is here. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for the Week 6 Sunday slate.
DraftKings Pick6 Picks: Best NFL Plays for Sunday in Week 6
Dameon Pierce More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving Touchdowns
Dameon Pierce is unexpectedly going to be the Eagles’ starting running back this week. Saquon Barkley is set to miss another week, as is backup running back Will Shipley. Pierce spent the first month of the season on the practice squad but was called up to the active roster last week with Barkley out. After Shipley went down, he ended up getting 11 carries and five targets. Pierce should be more prepared to take advantage of his opportunities coming into this week as the starter. Especially with a backup quarterback getting his first start of the season, the Eagles should try to lean on the running game. Carolina ranks dead last in the NFL in opponent rushing touchdown percentage. They have given up 58.3% of their touchdowns on the ground this season. Dameon Pierce has a real shot to find the end zone for the first time since the 2024-25 regular season finale.

Cam Skattebo More Than 53.5 Rushing Yards
Cam Skattebo should be in for a big game on Sunday. The Saints have the worst run defense in the NFL this season. They rank dead last in defensive rushing success rate, 31st in defensive EPA/rush and 30th in rushing yards per game. Aaron Jones rushed for 113 yards against the Saints last week, Bijan Robinson rushed for 145 yards against them the week prior and Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 156 yards against them in Week 1. In fact, all five opposing RB1s have rushed for at least 56 yards against New Orleans this season. Skattebo should be able to reach that mark that every other running back has against the Saints this season. Skattebo has cleared this number in three straight games and should do so again in this very favorable matchup at home.

Drake London Longest Reception More Than 29.5 Yards
Drake London has been fantastic since Michael Penix Jr. took over at quarterback. He is averaging 136 yards per game across the three games with Penix at quarterback and is now averaging 99.6 yards per game in his career with Penix active. Michael Penix Jr. has no injury designation coming into this game after leaving last week’s game early with a rib injury. Penix should be back to feeding his favorite receiver in the comfort of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Bears have given up the joint-most 40+ yard passing plays in the NFL this season. The Chicago defense will need to respect Bijan Robinson and the scary Falcons run game, which should open up some downfield opportunities for London. Penix should be able to hit him on at least one of those shots to clear this number.
