The injury occurred when Mariota was tackled and went down awkwardly.
Prior to exiting, Mariota completed 3-of-4 passes for 46 yards, and he rushed for 35 yards on one carry. With Mariota missing, Athan Kaliakmanis is in at quarterback, who is a rookie out of Rutgers that the Commanders selected in the seventh round of this past NFL Draft.
