Chicago White Sox vs. St. Louis Cardinals game delayed due to rain Friday, 9/11/26

UPDATE: First pitch expected at 9:25 p.m. ET.

Friday’s game between the Chicago White Sox and St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium will be delayed due to inclement weather.

First pitch was initially scheduled for 8:15 p..m. ET, but rain in St. Louis has prompted a delayed start time.

This is the opener of a three-game slate between the two teams. Anthony Kay will start for Chicago while Matthew Liberatore gets the nod for St. Louis.
