Ryan Coleman-Williams had a very disappointing sophomore season in 2025 after a sensational freshman season. He had major drop issues last season, and unfortunately, those seemed to still be an issue last week against ECU. It’s hard to trust Coleman-Williams anytime the ball is coming his way. However, once the ball is in Coleman-Williams’ hands, he is still one of the most dynamic athletes in the sport. When he did catch the ball last week, he made some sensational plays after the catch, taking his longest reception for 58 yards.
The Kentucky secondary looked a bit shaky last week as they gave up 111 receiving yards to Youngstown State’s Lynn Wyche-El. While Coleman-Williams needs to fix the drop issues, he is still good for at least one long play per game and should hit this number against Kentucky.
Kenny Minchey 190+ Passing Yards (-106)
Kenny Minchey looked excellent in Week 1 against Youngstown State. While this is a big step up in defensive quality, he should be up to the task. Minchey threw for 301 yards against the Penguins despite having a comfortable lead the entire game. This game could go one of two ways: either Minchey plays well and keeps Kentucky in this game against Alabama, or the Crimson Tide take a big lead, in which case Minchey needs to chuck it around to try to keep up. Either way, Minchey should get to this number through the air.
The Alabama offense is a very dangerous unit. It’s hard to imagine Keelon Russell not moving it through the air against this questionable secondary. However, the Alabama defense has struggled in road SEC games under Kalen DeBoer. Kentucky should try to score with Alabama in this game and let Minchey do his thing.
