The Philadelphia Eagles are taking on the San Francisco 49ers. The Eagles have struggled at times in this game, and it may get worse before it gets better. Starting quarterback Jalen Hurts was spotted going into the medical tent. We don’t know what he was getting evaluated for yet but cause for concern.
Before getting hurt, Hurts was 17-of-29 passing for 196 yards. He had six carries for 17 yards and a touchdown on the ground. If Hurts is still sidelined whenever Philly gets the ball back from the 49ers, Marcus Mariota is expected to be under center.
