This bet can be found under the “Match Parlays” tab. Barcelona have picked up where they left off not only last season, but the season before as well. They’ve won all three of their matches, scoring 12 goals and conceding two. Having a +10 goal differential after only three games tells the entire story, and I think they will continue to dominate on Sunday.
For this bet to hit, we need Barcelona to be leading at halftime and win the game. In all three La Liga matches they’ve played so far this season, this bet has hit. Barcelona have won four of the last five games between these teams and there are some pretty one-sided scorelines mixed in there. They’ve beaten Valencia 6-0, 5-0 and 7-1 in that time span. I don’t expect another blowout here but I think they will win this one comfortably.
Looking at Valencia this year, they are in 17th place after three games. They are still looking for their first win, drawing once and losing two times. Their last match was the worst result of the lot, losing 3-1 to Deportivo. The goal they scored in that game was their only goal of the season thus far. These teams are going in opposite directions this season. Valencia have yet to get out of the gate, while Barcelona have exploded early on and look like the favorite to win La Liga for the third consecutive season. Give me Barca to be up at half and go on to win this game.
