UFC Fight Night: Du Plessis vs. Usman fight card, odds, betting splits

One week after UFC 329, the promotion is back to host a Fight Night event in Oklahoma City! Former Middleweight Champion Dricus Du Plessis takes on the former Welterweight Champion Kamaru Usman, who is moving up a division, in the Main Event of this card. This event also features an intriguing co-main event, with former title challenger No. 10 Jared Cannonier facing rising star No. 12 Christian Leroy Duncan.

Du Plessis last fought at UFC 319 in August 2025, where he lost his title to Khamzat Chimaev in a one-sided fight. Before that, DDP won 11 consecutive fights with three UFC title wins in that span. Du Plessis has won at least eight fights following his previous two losses. In June 2025, Usman ended his previous three-fight losing streak with a victory against Joaquin Buckley. Now, the former 170-pound king is back at Middleweight for the first time since October 2023 with gold on his mind. The winner of this contest will make an excellent case to be the next challenger for current Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland, who DDP and Usman both have already beaten.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Du Plessis is the favorite at -205 with Usman being a +170 underdog. Usman is receiving 51 percent of the handle, with 49 percent going to Du Plessis. Meanwhile, DDP is getting 67 percent of bets while 33 percent are on Usman.

Cannonier enters this contest 1-3 in his previous four fights and is in desperate need to turn things around. He last lost to Michael “Venom” Page at UFC 319 in August 2025. Since 2020, Cannonier is 5-5 in his last 10 fights in the UFC. Leroy Duncan is 7-2 in the UFC and has won four straight fights over the last 16 months. A win over Cannonier would be the most significant victory of CLD’s career, even though he is 42. Leroy Duncan is the favorite at -395, with Cannonier being a +310 underdog in this bout. The underdog receives 63 percent of the handle and 26 percent of bets, while Leroy Duncan is getting 74 percent of bets and 37 percent of the handle for this fight.
