Tonight’s UFC 329 Early Prelims kick off with a Flyweight fight between Alessandro Costa and Cody Durden. Costa has won back-to-back fights by knockout, while Durden recently got back in the win column against Jafel Filho. The Early Prelims begin at 5:00 p.m. ET on Paramount+.

Alessandro Costa To Win By KO/TKO/DQ (+185)
From December 2024 to March 2026, Cody Durden lost four consecutive fights, the longest losing streak of his career. But in April, Durden returned and got back on track. Costa is 4-3 in the UFC with four knockouts and has an overall record of 16-5 with 13 finishes. Costa has had an excellent start to 2026, having scored knockouts over Stewart Nicoll and Matt Schnell.
Both fighters have the same standing reach (67″), but Durden has the advantage in height (5’7″ vs. 5’4″). Although Durden is better on the ground offensively, Costa has an elite 86 percent takedown defense rate. Costa is the better striker in this matchup, landing more significant strikes per minute (3.86 vs. 3.24) at a higher rate (46% vs. 44%).
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Costa is a -225 favorite with Durden being a +185 underdog. This fight’s over/under is set at 1.5 rounds, with the over being -220. Given Costa’s aggressive nature and power, it will likely be too much for Durden to handle.
