Wednesday night present a five-game WNBA slate. Below, I have featured three of my favorite DFS targets on DraftKings for this slate.

SF/PF, Breanna Stewart, New York Liberty vs. Phoenix Mecury, $12,000
Building around Breanna Stewart is the right move tonight. The Liberty have dropped three in a row and desperately need a win. Sabrina Ionescu (back) will be out, leaving Stewart with a big role that will grow even further if Satou Sabally (questionable; illness) also sits. In the six starts Stewart has made without Ionescu this season, she is amassing 42.1 FPTS per game. With Ionescu off the floor, Stewart is leading New York with a 31% usage rate and 1.3 FPTS per minute.
The Mercury have struggled on defense this season, ranking 10th in defensive rating, and the Liberty’s 86.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook is tied for the second-highest on the slate. In this situation, Stewart is likely to lead this slate in scoring, possibly by a decent margin.
PG/SG, Natasha Cloud, Chicago Sky vs. Toronto Tempo, $7,300
Natasha Cloud has scored at least 24 FPTS in three of her last four, including a season-best 41 FPTS vs. the Wings last Thursday. The Sky are hosting the Tempo tonight, who rank third-to-last in defensive rating this season. Chicago is going to be shorthanded with Rickea Jackson (knee) and Gabriela Jaquez (knee) both sidelined.
Cloud’s usage rate increases 1.7 percentage points to 22.2% with both Jackson and Jaquez off the floor this season, and Cloud has a ceiling over 30 FPTS with the increased role tonight.
PG/SG, Teja Oblak, Portland Fire vs. Connecticut Sun, $4,300
Oblak has been strong in the first two games of her WNBA career. First, she posted 17.2 FPTS across 17 minutes vs. the Tempo. Then, she finished with 20.8 FPTS across 18 minutes vs. the Liberty. Oblak is producing 1.1 FPTS per minute while shooting 41% from the field and handling a 23.1% usage rate.
Tonight, Oblak gets a beautiful matchup vs. the 1-7 Sun, who rank second-to-last in defensive rating this season. Portland’s 86.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook is tied for the second-highest on the board, so Oblak has a great chance to exceed 20 FPTS in this spot.
