The Diamondbacks and Orioles play the final game of their three-game series on Wednesday, April 15.
Baltimore is a -163 moneyline favorite, while Arizona is +135 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at over/under nine runs.
Let’s get into a pick and prediction for this Diamondbacks vs. Orioles game.
Diamondbacks vs. Orioles prediction, preview
The Diamondbacks and Orioles split the first two games of the series and get a rubber match on Wednesday in Baltimore.
The Orioles had high expectations entering the season in what’s supposed to be a very competitive AL East division. The division is still tight, albeit it’s early, but no team has stood out yet. Baltimore has been playing well lately, however. It’s won six of its last eight games.
Kyle Bradish is on the mound for Baltimore in what’s been a poor start for the 29-year-old. He’s made three starts, allowing at least two earned runs in each outing while pitching no further than five innings. It’s not encouraging, especially since his starts were against the Twins, Pirates and White Sox.
Eduardo Rodriguez is starting for the Diamondbacks, and he has been the complete opposite to begin 2026. The 33-year-old has a 0.50 ERA across three starts against the Dodgers, Braves and Mets. The strikeouts aren’t there, but Rodriguez is retiring quality offenses to kick off the year.
Diamondbacks vs. Orioles Pick, Best Bet
The pitching matchup heavily favors the Diamondbacks, but the Orioles have home-field advantage. That’s often the deciding factor in tight games, but I’m not expecting this to be close.
Bradish hasn’t shown much to get excited about, so I’m believe the Diamondbacks win the series.
