Featherweight contenders meet on the South Lawn of the White House, as Diego Lopes takes on Steve Garcia at UFC Freedom 250 on Sunday, June 14.

Lopes (27–8, 6–3 UFC) attempts to stay in the title conversation after falling to champion Alexander Volkanovski for a second time at UFC 325 in January. Lopes is 6–0 with three knockouts since August 2023 — when facing opponents not named Volkanovski.

Garcia (19–5, 8–2 UFC) is riding a seven-fight winning streak, punctuated by a first-round knockout of David Onama in their November main event bout. One of the most dangerous strikers at 145 pounds, 15 of Garcia’s 19 professional wins have come by knockout.

Lopes enters as a -205 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, while Garcia sits as a +170 underdog.
