The first fight of the UFC 324 Main Card features an exciting and intriguing Featherweight contest between two top 10 contenders, No. 6 Arnold Allen vs. No. 10 Jean Silva. Allen won his previous fight against Giga Chikadze, but hasn’t fought in 18 months, as Silva’s winning streak came to an end against Diego Lopes in September 2025.
Here is my best bet for Arnold Allen vs. Jean Silva at UFC 324.
Jean Silva to Win by KO/TKO/DQ or Submission (+120)
From January 2024 to April 2025, Jean Silva went 5-0 with five finishes in the UFC and quickly became a fan favorite. Silva’s recent loss to Lopes was his first defeat since April 2018 and ended his previous 13-fight winning streak. From the second the fight starts to the end, Silva is all action and is not just looking for a win but one by submission or knockout. Now Silva is matched up with Allen, who is an 11-year UFC veteran. Allen beat Giga Chikadze at UFC 304 in July 2024, but hasn’t fought since due to a major shoulder injury.
With Alexander Volkanovski’s fight defending his title against Lopes at UFC 325, the winner of this fight could begin to work their way up the 145-pound rankings en route to a possible title shot. Allen has a one-inch advantage in standing reach (70″ vs. 69″) and height (5’8″ vs. 5’7″) in this contest.
Silva is the favorite in this fight at -245 while Allen is a +200 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. The over/under is set at 2.5 rounds with the over being -130. Allen is +350 to win by decison and +650 by finish, while Silva is +200 by decision and +120 to win via KO/TKO/DQ. Silva has won 15 of his 16 fights by finish and should be able to use his quickness and power to beat Allen.
