The best team in college basketball, the No. 1-ranked Arizona Wildcats, faces the UCF Knights at 4:00 p.m. ET. Arizona has a perfect 17-0 record while UCF is 14-2 this season. The Wildcats beat the Knights 88-80 in their first meeting in January 2025.

Check out my best bet for today’s Arizona vs. UCF college basketball contest below. The Wildcats are -9.5 with UCF being a +370 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Arizona vs. UCF (4:00 p.m. ET)

Arizona is coming off a nine-point victory against its biggest rival, the Arizona State Sun Devils, on Wednesday. In that contest, Tobe Awaka was their leading scorer with 25 points while freshman sensation Koa Peat recorded a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds. Arizona also has one of the best backcourts in the country with veteran Jaden Bradley and freshman Brayden Burries.

UCF has won two consecutive games since it suffered its second loss of the season against Oklahoma State on January 6. Since November 11, UCF has gone 13-1 with notable wins over Texas A&M and Kansas. The Knights’ top two scorers are Riley Kugel (14.8 PPG) and Themus Fulks (13 PPG), who make up their backcourt. In their last four games, they have scored 82, 73, 76, and 81 points, which could be a problem against an elite offensive team in Arizona.

Yes, Arizona did win its last game by only seven points, but that was its first victory by fewer than 10 points since November 19. Even though Arizona is on the road, they should come out more aggressively, looking to put on another dominant performance.

This season, UCF’s two losses were by 12 points to Vanderbilt and 11 points to Oklahoma State. Arizona is a much more versatile and overall talented team than those two. The Wildcats have one of the deepest rotations in college basketball with seven players averaging at least 9.2 points per contest. Even when one player struggles, the Wildcats always find a way to win. You can get Arizona -9.5 at -110 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
