NFL Bet Bets: Top Brock Purdy Prop Bet for 49ers vs. Seahawks, NFC Divisional Round on 1/17/26

An NFC West matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the San Francisco 49ers is taking place today at 4:30 p.m. ET in the Divisional round. The 49ers are coming off a 23-19 victory over the reigning Super Bowl Champions, the Philadelphia Eagles, in the Wildcard round. Seattle and San Francisco are 1-1 against each other this year, with the Seahawks winning the last meeting 13-3 in Week 18.

Here is my favorite prop bet for Brock Purdy against the Seattle Seahawks.

Brock Purdy Over 228.5 Passing Yards (-112)

During his NFL career, Purdy has been an elite playoff performer. He has thrown for over 228.5 passing yards in five of seven games in the postseason. Purdy is coming off an outing where he completed 18 passes for 262 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. Although he struggled at times, Purdy bounced back and delivered massive plays against a tough Philadelphia defense.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Purdy’s over in passing yards against the Seahawks is set at 228.5, with the over at -112.

This season, Purdy had 277 and 127 passing yards against Seattle, with his higher total coming on the road. Purdy lost one of his top receiving options against the Eagles as George Kittle suffered a devastating torn Achilles. But Purdy will still have viable receiving options with Demarcus Robinson, who went off for 111 yards last week, Christian McCaffrey, Jauan Jennings, and Kyle Juszcyk. With the season on the line in Seattle, Purdy should surpass 30 passing attempts, which has a good chance to equal over 228.5 passing yards.
