Will Sam Merrill bets be refunded after injury during Cavaliers vs. 76ers on Wednesday 1/14/26?

Cavaliers G Sam Merrill exited Wednesday’s game vs. the 76ers in the first half with a hand injury. Merrill was listed as questionable to return but never did.

Some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors may wonder whether the new Early Exit program is in effect.

Since Merrill left during the first half due to injury and did not return, Early Exit does apply in this case. Single pre-game and live prop bets on his lines will settle as a loss but be refunded via cash credits within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion. Parlays involving Merrill’s lines will remain open with recalculated odds after affected legs are voided.

Merrill played 10 minutes on Wednesday and contributed three points and three rebounds.
