Tuesday’s college basketball slate features four ranked teams, with No. 6 Duke facing off against Texas in the night’s biggest game. The three other ranked teams playing tonight are No. 1 Purdue, No. 9 Kentucky, and No. 10 Texas Tech.
Here are my three favorite prop bets for tonight’s college basketball slate.
Cameron Boozer 32+ PTS + REB (-120)
Cameron Boozer enters college basketball with a ton of hype surrounding him. He is the son of former NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer and is a five-star prospect, ranking No. 3 in this year’s recruiting class. Although they were exhibition games, Boozer has already lived up to the previous expectations.
Boozer recorded 33 points and 12 rebounds against UCF and followed it up with a performance of 24 points and 23 boards vs. Tennessee. Even for exhibition games, those numbers are absurd. Boozer is an excellent forward with tremendous moves in the paint. But he also has shown off his jump shot, going 5-10 on three-pointers in the two exhibition games. Getting Boozer to record 32+ points and rebounds at -120 is a good play in his first official collegiate game.
Braden Smith 24+ PTS + AST (-115)
Before the season began, Braden Smith was selected as an AP Preseason All-American. Smith is returning for his senior season at Purdue and is highly regarded as the best point guard in the country. Smith averaged 15.8 points and 8.7 assists last season.
During the 2024-25 season, Smith had 24+ points and assists in 17 of 36 games. During his first three years in college basketball, Smith has consistently increased his points and assists per game in each season. Purdue is facing Evansville tonight, and you can get Smith at -115 to total 24+ points and assists on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Otega Oweh 17+ PTS (-130)
Another one of the best returning guards in the sport is Otega Oweh, who averaged a career high of 16.2 points per game a season ago. Like Smith, Oweh should take his game up a level in his fourth season in college basketball.
Kentucky is playing Nicholls tonight, which should be a good opportunity for Oweh to display his elite scoring touch. Oweh scored 10 points in 16 minutes of action against Purdue in an exhibition game. Even though Kentucky lost to Georgetown in their second exhibition game, Oweh recorded 17 points in 26 minutes.
