Domantas Sabonis injury update for Friday 10/24/25

During a preseason game against the Clippers, Domantas Sabonis injured his hamstring and was diagnosed with a Grade 1 strain. The expectation was to miss the first two games of the season then be re-evaluated. On Thursday, Sabonis was upgraded to questionable for Friday’s contest against the Utah Jazz.

In the opener, Drew Eubanks got the start at center and played 22 minutes. Rookie Maxime Raynaud played 11 minutes off the bench while Dario Saric received seven minutes.

After Friday’s contest, the Kings host the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday before embarking on a four-game road trip.
