De’Andre Hunter Injury Update: Friday 10/24/25 vs. Nets

De’Andre Hunter is listed as questionable for Friday’s game against the Brooklyn Nets. He missed the Cavaliers’ season opener on Wednesday against the Knicks.

Hunter is still dealing with a knee injury and was originally listed as questionable for Wednesday’s contest.

Cleveland lost its season opener to the Knicks, starting the season 0-1. Hunter’s presence was missed, but the Cavaliers also had other key injuries that depleted the rotation. Darius Garland and Max Strus were both sidelined that game.

Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley saw increased offensive opportunities, but it wasn’t enough to defeat the Knicks. Brooklyn is a much easier matchup, so Cleveland should fare well even without a few key players.
