Two 4-1 teams, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the San Francisco 49ers, will face each other at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday. Recently, this has been a one-sided matchup as the 49ers have won the last four games against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay’s last win over San Fransico came in 2018.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, the Buccaneers are -3.5 in this game with the 49ers being +154 on the moneyline. Here are my favorite player props for today’s 49ers vs. Buccaneers game.
Emeka Egbuka Over 73.5 Receiving Yards (-112)
One of the best WRs this season has been rookie Emeka Egbuka, who was the No. 19 pick in this past April’s NFL Draft. Egbuka has quickly made an impact, having the fourth most receiving yards, and is tied for the second most receiving touchdowns with five.
With Mike Evans injured, and Chris Godwin returning from injury, Egbuka has emerged as Baker Mayfield’s No. 1 option. Egbuka is leading Tampa Bay in receptions, targets, yards, and touchdowns among receivers. Since Egbuka has totaled 85-plus yards in three straight games, getting his over in receiving yards at 73.5 was surprising to see.
Christian McCaffrey Over 113.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards (-115)
After only playing four games in 2024, it was unknown which version of CMC we would see this season. Well, through five weeks, the elite version of McCaffrey has returned. McCaffrey has 669 total scrimmage yards, which is the most among position players this season.
CMC hasn’t had the best season rushing the ball, only recording 282 yards on the ground. But the difference has been as a receiver. McCaffrey is sixth in receiving yards and third in catches in the NFL. He has always been a versatile RB, but has taken it to the next level this season.
CMC has recorded at least 114 rushing and receiving yards in four of five games this season, and you can get him to hit this mark at -115 against the Bucs on DraftKings Sportsbook.
