Just two seasons ago, Tyreek Hill led the league in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns in his second season with the Miami Dolphins as the Dolphins went 11-6 and Tua Tagovailoa led the league in passing yards. Through the first three weeks of 2025, Hill has still yet to cross the 200-yard threshold, while Tagovailoa’s and Mike McDaniel’s jobs look to be in question as Miami is 0-3.
Hill and the Dolphins will have a great chance of picking up their first win of the season during tonight’s 8:15 p.m. ET Monday Night Football clash against the New York Jets, who are also 0-3.

Tyreek Hill 70+ Receiving Yards (+112)
Hill has only reached 70 yards once this season, when he hauled in six of his seven targets for 109 yards in the Week 2 loss to the New England Patriots, and in that game, he finally caught a pass of more than 30 yards. Tagovailoa then targeted him seven times with passes of more than 10 air yards, but he caught only two of them. None were Hill’s fault, as Tagovailoa made nine bad throws while facing pressure on 45.7% of his drop-backs, both of which ranked among the five highest marks of his career. Tagovailoa should be a good bet to bounce back, given that the Jets have gotten pressure at the league’s third-lowest rate despite blitzing the fourth-most frequently.
Plus, New York has been unimpressive in coverage this season. The Jets the third-worst PFF coverage grade and have missed the most tackles, and no wideout is more feared in space than Hill. Hill’s 47-yard catch in Week 2 was the 10th-fastest speed reached by a ball carrier this season, and he’s still recorded 0.3 more yards per catch after the reception than expected, per NFL’s Next Gen Stats. Plus, while he might be stifled somewhat by two-time All-Pro cornerback, Sauce Gardner, he’s also capable of lining up in the slot, and New York’s slot corner Michael Carter II ranks 12th-to-last overall among 102 qualified corners.
