Marlins at Rockies game delayed Tuesday 9/16/25

UPDATE: The game is expected to resume at 9:05 p.m. MDT, which is 11:05 p.m. ET.

A bad night for the Rockies just got even worse as Tuesday’s game vs. the Marlins entered into a rain delay in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Miami leads 6-0 at the time of the stoppage, and they have dominated this game, outhitting Colorado 8-1. They opened the scoring in the 3rd inning, scoring a run off a sac-fly before Jakob Marsee hit a double that allowed Agustín Ramírez and Javier Sanoja to score. They extended the lead just before the delay in the top of the 6th inning, scoring runs off the bats of Dane Myers and Sanoja. Colorado seems destined for their 110th loss of the season.
