Sunday morning, following Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford, a fellow top-five pound-for-pound boxer, Naoya Inoue, is taking on Murodjon Akhmadaliev for the Undisputed Junior Featherweight Championship. With Canelo and Crawford having the spotlight on them this week, Inoue is once again in a position to end the weekend on a high note.

Check out my best bet for Naoya Inoue vs. Murodjon Akhmadaliev right here.

Naoya Inoue to Win In Rounds 7-12 (+115)

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Inoue is a -1000 favorite as Akhmadaliev is a +600 underdog. With Inoue also being -260 to win by KO/TKO/DQ, let’s look at a different way to back “The Monster”. Since six of Inoue’s last 10 victories have come in the second half of the contest, getting him to win in rounds 7-12 at +115 is a good value play.

Also, two of Inoue’s previous three bouts and five of his seven have ended in the final six rounds of the contest. Inoue enters fights with calmness and patience and begins to feel out his opponent in the first half of the bout. As the fight continues and goes into the later rounds, “The Monster” gets more aggressive and pushes the pace. Something that makes Inoue so great is that he doesn’t force anything and is as precise a striker as you will see. That makes Inoue to win in rounds 7-12 at +115, the best play in this contest with him being such a big favorite.
