The NBA Playoffs are back in action Thursday night, and it’s time to celebrate yet another Threesday on DraftKings Sportsbook!

I’m going to break down my first three pick for each of tonight’s postseason matchups on DraftKings Sportsbook. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

First Three: Jrue Holiday (+1000)

I know, I know. How could I not pick the hottest player on the planet right now in Derrick White?

Taking White would be understandable here. The guy has been absolutely unconscious from beyond the arc over his last three games, shooting a whopping 20-37 from deep. That said, because of this outrageous production, I would imagine the Cavaliers are going to do everything they can to run him off the three-point line early in this contest.

As a result, if I had to pick another Celtic, Holiday has a lot of value at +1000. The veteran guard was arguably the best corner three-point shooter in the league this season, hitting over 60% of his attempts from that spot. The corner is likely where he’ll be in Boston’s opening few possessions, and he has a real shot at getting an open look off a double-team from one of the Celtics’ stars.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks

First Three: Jalen Williams (+1100)

Anytime you can get one of a team’s top options at longer than +1000 to hit the first three — assuming the guy actually shoots them — you have to consider it.

The Thunder are a bit of an enigma in today’s game. In the current era of unlimited long-range attempts, they managed to secure the No. 1 seed in the West with their two top scoring options combining for just 2.8 made threes per game.

That said, while neither Williams nor Shai Gilgeous-Alexander take many threes, they’re both perfectly capable of making them. J-Dub has been on a bit of a hot streak from deep lately, hitting seven triples over his last three matchups.

The Mavericks have two enticing options for this market in Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, but if a Thunder player is going to hit the first three, it absolutely could be Williams.

Those are my first three picks for each game on Thursday’s slate! Stay tuned for more picks next week.
