Two games are scheduled across todayโs WNBA slate. The action will kick off at 3:00 p.m. ET as the Sun play the Mystics. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will examine my top Pick6 plays for today’s action, 6/8/25. You simply choose whether each set statistic will be more or less than the set number. With the stage set, here are my favorite picks on the WNBA slate.
Courtney Williams More Than 13.5 Points
It’s been an up-and-down scoring season so far for Courtney Williams. The job of every Lynx player is to support Napheesa Collier, but the MVP favorite can’t do it all herself. Williams is one of the top offensive outlets for Minnesota when Collier is being denied. That’s come with mixed results.
The 31-year-old has scored double digits in six of eight contests, including three 20+ point games. She’s also had some duds: a scoreless 0-for-11 outing against Connecticut, and six points on six shot attempts against Phoenix in their last game. But this Dallas defense presents plenty of opportunity.
Shots will be there against a backcourt struggling to defend. The Wings allow the second-highest PPG mark in the league in the early going. Court will get back on track in this one and deliver some buckets.

Marina Mabrey Less Than 2.5 Three Pointers Made
Mabrey went OFF in Connecticut’s last game against the Dream, scoring 34 points on 13-of-22 shooting to deliver a win for the Sun. It was sorely needed after their 48-point humiliation at the hands of the Liberty. Connecticut needs Mabrey to score at a high level just to be competitive on a night-to-night basis.
What’s interesting is that her three-point shooting has dipped significantly this year. Mabrey shot 42.4% from deep after joining the Sun at last year’s deadline; that’s down to 31.3% this season on a career-high 8.4 attempts per game. The increased defensive attention has forced her into more difficult shots, and the results show.
Washington has two defenders capable of limiting Mabrey. Sonia Citron has been a great off-ball chaser in the early going, and Brittney Sykes is an all-around great perimeter defender. With those two hounding Mabrey all night, I’m not confident in her hitting more than a pair of treys.

Kiki Iriafen More Than 13.5 Points
Kiki Iriafen might mess around and win herself a ROY award at this rate. The 21-year-old USC alum is averaging 15 points and 10 rebounds in the early going for a Mystics team that will be in the playoff mix this year. She’s scored double-digit points in all nine games so far, showing a remarkable offensive consistency for such a young player.
She’s gone over 13.5 points in six of nine games so far this year, and frankly, I’m not sure why this number is so low. Against a rough Connecticut defense and a hobbled Olivia Nelson-Ododa, I think Iriafen will be closer to 20 points than to 10.
