The NBA Playoffs are back in action Tuesday night, and it’s time to celebrate yet another Threesday on DraftKings Sportsbook!
I’m going to break down my first three pick for each of tonight’s postseason matchups on DraftKings Sportsbook. Without further ado, let’s get into it.

Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers
First Three: Derrick White (+475)
Do I REALLY have to explain the logic behind this pick?
Fine. In case you’ve been living under a rock, Derrick White turned into Steph Curry for the final two games of Celtics-Heat. Over the course of those contests, he shot a combined 13-25 (!!) from behind the arc, including a ridiculous 8-15 Game 5 performance in a career-high scoring night.
When White gets it rolling, he tends to stay hot for an extended period of time. I expect the momentum to carry over into Game 1 against Cleveland tonight, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see White put up multiple triples in the opening minutes of the matchup.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Dallas Mavericks
First Three: Josh Giddey (+1200)
Giddey has the fourth-longest odds to hit the first three of this contest, but there’s plenty to like about his chances of doing so.
The versatile guard is by no means a consistent threat from long range, hitting just 33.7% of his threes on the season. That said, he can be very streaky, and we’re getting him fresh off two games in which he shot a combined 8-13 from deep.
Opposing teams tend to leave Giddey open from beyond the arc until he makes them pay, and if he gets a clear look to start this game, I would expect him to take it.
