Just three days remain in the 2025 NCAA Tournament, with a national champion set to be crowned on Monday. The result of tonight’s Final Four matchups will determine which pair of teams will battle for the title.
The second of these two games is an ACC-Big 12 battle between Duke and Houston. These schools met during last year’s NCAA Tournament, with the Blue Devils grinding out a 54-51 Sweet 16 win. The Cougars, playing in their seventh-ever Final Four, are looking to win the first national championship in program history.
Duke, led by Wooden Award finalist Cooper Flagg, enters tonight’s contest as 4.5-point favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Blue Devils were nothing short of dominant this season, compiling a stellar 35-3 record. Per KenPom, the squad was first in adjusted offensive efficiency and fifth in adjusted defensive efficiency. Houston ranked tenth and first, respectively. Duke was 24-13 against the spread as favorites, while the Cougars were 1-0 as underdogs.
The total for tonight’s matchup is set at 136.5 points. Duke has hit the over in 20 of its 38 appearances, while Houston has done so in 15 of 38 games. The Blue Devils allow the seventh-fewest points per game to opponents (62.6), while the Cougars rank first (58.3).
