Two late night games headline Thursday’s college basketball slate. The No. 15 Michigan Wolverines host the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in a Big Ten showdown at 9:00 p.m. ET. The No. 23 ranked Saint Mary’s Gaels head to Los Angeles, California, to play the Loyola Marymount Lions at 11:00 p.m. ET.
Here are my two favorite player prop bets for tonight’s CBB slate on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Danny Wolf 15+ Points (-130)
Danny Wolf is one of the most unique college basketball players this season. At 7’0″, the former Yale C possesses a versatile game that allows him to affect the game in many areas. Wolf is averaging 12.7 points, 9.9 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.5 blocks per contest.
Wolf is second on Michigan in scoring behind Vladislav Goldin (15.6). Although Wolf has only scored 11 and 10 points in his previous two games, he has had a ton of success scoring the ball this season. Augustas Marciulionis 15+ Points (+105)
Saint Mary’s has dominated this season, winning 15 of its previous 16 games. The Gaels’ leading scorer this season is Augustas Marciulionis, averaging 14.2 points and 6.2 assists per contest. Marciulionis has scored at least 15 points in five of his last six games. Considering his recent scoring stretch, getting Marciulionis’ over in points at +105 is an excellent value.
On January 7, Marciulionis had 23 points on a terrific 7-10 from the field against Loyola Marymount. Marciulionis’ field goal attempts have increased throughout the season. He has had 10 or more field goals in four of the last six games. The previous time Marciulionis had under 10 points, he bounced back with a 20-point performance.
