College Basketball Picks: Best Player Prop Bets for February 13

Thursday’s college basketball slate is headlined by the No. 25 Maryland Terrapins taking on the Nebraska Cornhuskers at 8:30 p.m. ET in Lincoln. The second-ranked team playing tonight is the No. 14 Memphis Tigers, facing South Flordis on the road at 9:00 p.m. ET.

Here are my two favorite player prop bets for tonight’s CBB slate on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Derik Queen 9+ Rebounds (-105)

Queen has had a great season, averaging 15.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per contest. He leads Maryland in scoring and is second on the team in rebounding. Although he has been inconsistent in the rebounding department this season, he has shown an elite upside.

Considering his recent performances, getting Queen to record 9+ rebounds at -105 is an excellent value play. Queen most recently had 15 boards against Rutgers on Sunday. He has finished with at least 11 rebounds in three of his previous four games. Since Queen has increased his production in this category lately, it is a great spot to back him against Nebraska.

PJ Haggerty 20+ Points (-165)

Since Memphis’ last loss to Temple on January 16, they have won seven straight games. A massive part of their success has been PJ Haggerty. He is fourth in the country in scoring, with 21.6 points per game this season. He scored 20-plus points in 17 of 24 contests this season and eight of the previous 10.

You can get Haggerty to score more than 20 points against South Florida tonight at -165 on DraftKings Sportsbook. South Florida is 3-6 in their last nine games and are coming off a loss to Wichita State. Throughout the past six games, Haggerty has shot the ball terrific. He has made at least 53 percent of his field goals in five of six games. No one has been able to slow Haggerty down recently and it doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon.
