The Ultimate Fighting Championship debuted in Saudi Arabia in June 2024. Eight months later, the promotion will return for another Fight Night. This card features a former champion at the top, future stars, and contenders. “The Last Stylebender’s No. 2 Israel Adesanaya headlines the event against No. 5 Nassourdine Imavov in a five-round middleweight bout.

After competing in 12 straight championship fights, Adesanya will make the walk for the first time at a Fight Night since April 2018. Adesanya went 8-4 in his title fights and is tied for fifth most in company history. He has the sixth most title wins and second most in middleweight history. His legacy is set; he is already a future Hall-of-Famer and an all-time great. But this is the moment we find out if “The Last Stylebender” has one last great run in him. He has now lost three of his previous four fights. If anyone can bounce back from the deep levels of defeat, it is Adesanaya.

Adesanya is the favorite in this bout at -162 on DraftKings Sportsbook, while Imavov is +136. Imavov is unbeaten in his previous five fights and has only lost once in the last four years. He most recently defeated Brendan Allen in September. But this next test will be the toughest of Imavov’s career. If a title opportunity is in Imavov’s future, he must first get past the former middleweight king.

One of the most intriguing and unique contenders in the middleweight division is Shara “Bullet” Magomedov. He faces Michael “Venom” Page in a three-round bout at 185 pounds. Page has been a welterweight throughout his MMA career and fought his first two fights in the UFC at 170 pounds. This will be his debut at middleweight for the promotion. Although Page traditionally fights at the smaller weight class, he is the bigger fighter in this matchup. He has the height (6’3″ vs. 6’2″) and reach (79″ vs. 73″) advantages against Magomedov. Shara Bullet is still favored in this contest at -198 as Page is +164.
