DraftKings Network is once again your ultimate host for PBC boxing action, including two great preliminary fights from the undercard of Saturday’s action-packed lineup from Las Vegas!

The fight week action has started in Las Vegas, and you can catch the Prelims on DraftKings Network. The fight week schedule is as follows:

  • 1/29: Benavidez vs. Morrell Grand Arrivals and Fighter Workouts (PBC YouTube channel)
  • 1/30: Benavidez vs. Morrell Official Fight Week Press Conference (PBC YouTube channel)
  • 1/31: Benavidez vs. Morrell Official Weigh-in (PBC YouTube channel)
  • 2/1: Prelims at 5:30 p.m. ET. (DraftKings Network (DraftKings Network)


The Prelims begin at 5:30 p.m. ET with two 10-round bouts airing live on DraftKings Network. The opening bout is a Middleweight fight between Yoenli Hernandez and Angel Ruiz. Hernandez, age 27, is 6-0 with 6 knockouts in his boxing career, which started about two-and-a-half years ago. In his last bout, he knocked out Bryce Henry by TKO in the eighth round. He is currently ranked No. 40 in BoxRec’s middleweight rankings. Hernandez is facing his most experienced opponent to date, Ruiz. Ruiz is 18-3-1 in his career with 13 knockouts. Hernandez has a four-inch height advantage (6’2″ vs. 5’10”) over Ruiz in this contest. Ruiz is a much more experienced fighter but hasn’t won a fight since April 2023. His last fight ended in a no-contest against Darrelle Valsaint. Hernandez is a -2500 favorite, while Ruiz is +1200 on DraftKings Sportsbook.


The second and final Prelim fight to air on DraftKings Network is a Featherweight Elimination Title matchup between Mirco Cuello and Christian Olivo. Cuello is a highly regarded prospect in the 126-pound boxing division. He is ranked No.17 on BoxRec as he is 14-0 with 11 finishes in his career. He is fighting Olivo, who is 22-1-1 with 9 knockouts in his professional career. After suffering his first career loss in April 2023, Olivo bounced back with two victories and is set on defeating Cuello on Saturday night. Cuello has a two-inch advantage in height (5’7″ vs. 5’5″). Olivo is a +450 underdog in this bout, as Cuello is a -700 favorite.
