Let’s take a look at my favorite prop bet for Cade Cunningham against the Hornets. He is averaging 23.8 points, 9.7 assists, and 6.8 rebounds per contest this season.

This season, Cunningham has had great success against Charlotte. In their first matchup on November 6, he had a triple-double of 20 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. He followed that performance up with 27 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds in an overtime loss on November 21.
Although Cunningham has shown signs of an elite scoring ability this season, he still is not consistent enough. He has scored under 20 points in his last two games and has only hit his scoring over three times in the previous eight. On DraftKings Sportsbook, you can get Cunningham’s under in points at -110.
Cunningham has had over 25.5 points in 11 of 29 games this season. The Pistons have played the Hornets seven times with Cunningham. He has only scored 26 or more once during that period. A concern for Cunningham is how many field goals he attempts per game. He will have multiple games with 23 or more field goals but then only shoot 14 of them, as he did against the Orlando Magic on Wednesday.
