After a light four-game schedule Thursday, the MLB is back in action with a full 15 games on Friday, April 19. This presents plenty of options to daily fantasy players when they set their lineups at DraftKings DFS. The biggest slate on Friday consists of 10 games that start at 7:05 p.m. ET.
Here are our favorite DFS team stacks for Friday’s action.
Top MLB DFS stacks: Friday, April 19
New York Yankees vs. Tampa Bay Rays

Tampa Bay is starting southpaw Tyler Alexander, who enters with a 1-0 record and a 6.46 ERA. Soto went 3-3 in his last game, including his fourth home run of the season. Anthony Rizzo batted fourth in the team’s last game, but against the lefty, I’m betting that Stanton — who hit his fifth home run of the year on Wednesday — moves up.
The Yankees are the -175 moneyline favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook. The Rays are the +145 underdogs, and the run total is set at 8.5.
Kansas City Royals vs. Baltimore Orioles
Bobby Witt Jr. ($6,400)

This is the second time this season that Kansas City will face Baltimore starter Dean Kremer. He pitched 5.1 innings in the first and allowed three earned runs on three hits. Witt is almost a must-start at this point with how well he has been swinging the bat to begin the year. Perez went 0-2 in his last game, to drop his average down to .324. Pasquantino and Melendez have upside but could be swapped out of the quartet depending on how the official lineup looks.
The Orioles are the -142 moneyline favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook. The Royals are the +120 underdogs, and the run total is set at nine.
Atlanta Braves vs. Texas Rangers

The Braves will face Rangers starter Andrew Heaney who has an 0-2 record and 6.75 ERA so far this season. Atlanta is coming off a four-game sweep of the Houston Astros. It took 17 games, but Acuna finally hit his first home run of the season. He had been missing that power aspect of his game, and if that helps to get him back on track, he becomes even better for DFS lineups. The Braves haven’t moved around the top of its lineup until Ozzie Albies’ injury. If they adjust with the lefty and move up Marcell Ozuna into the top four, swap him in for Harris or Olson.
