Pat Freiermuth +225
Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens

Russell Wilson will be without his main man, George Pickens, for a third straight game. While that’s unfortunate for the Steelers, it has benefited Freiermuth in the short term. Since Pickens has been out, the Steelers tight end has seen four red zone targets and has scored twice in Pickens’ absence. Now, he’ll face a Ravens defense that’s been very generous to opposing tight ends. Freiermuth could easily be the most targeted option for Wilson this week, as he otherwise has to rely upon guys like Calvin Austin, Mike Williams and Van Jefferson. Grabbing Freiermuth to score for the fourth-straight game at +225 is very appealing to me.

Davante Adams +130
New York Jets vs. Los Angeles Rams

Aaron Rodgers has been cookin’ over the last two weeks and Week 16 could bring more of the same. Over that span, Adams has seen a massive 23 targets, turning those into 18 catches for 307 yards and three touchdowns. Sunday brings a matchup against the Rams, who have allowed the third most receiving touchdowns to opposing wide receivers. Over the last three weeks, Adams has seen seven red zone targets which is more than double any one else on the team. This Rams secondary has been very beatable and one that utilizes two high coverage often. Adams has thrived in those situations. Take him to score a touchdown here in Week 16.

Brenton Strange +310
Jacksonville Jaguars at Las Vegas Raiders

If taking over the starting role at tight end last week, Strange as a massive 12 targets from Mac Jones. He caught all but one of them for 73 yards against the Jets. It was a tough matchup last week but this is much softer against the Raiders. The seven touchdowns allowed to the position is tied for the third-most in the league while also allowing the fourth-most receiving yards. Strange also did receive a red zone target last week, which hopefully is an indication of more to come this week. This game could be sloppy, but Jones seems to be getting comfortable in this offense. It doesn’t hurt that the Raiders are no longer have the services of Maxx Crosby, who is out for the season.
