Jaylen Waddle has been removed from today’s matchup between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers and is being evaluated for a concussion. The standout wide receiver took a high hit from Zakee Wheatley when attempting to pull in what would have been a significant gain if he was able to complete the reception.

Waddle took himself out of the game following the hit and was immediately evaluated in the blue medical tent. He is officially listed as questionable to return and jogged into the locker room without his helmet shortly after.

Prior to leaving the matchup, Waddle had one reception for 22 yards in the game. It has been an up-and-down season for the offseason trade acquisition, but Denver remains committed to trying to increase his involvement in the offense.

More updates will be added as they are provided by the team. Stay tuned to DK Network for further updates on Waddle.
