Top DraftKings Pick6 Plays for UFC Edmonton
Mike Malott | More Than 3:30 Control Time

Grappling has become somewhat of an afterthought for Canada’s Mike Malott (14–2–1, 7–1 UFC) along his four-fight winning streak. He’s only landed one takedown during that span, falling below 3:30 control in each bout. That said, he has showcased a well-rounded skill set in the past and could circle back to the ground game on Saturday night. His opponent, Joaquin Buckley (21–8, 11–6 UFC), is a powerful striker who has been stymied by grappling pressure in back-to-back fights — both losses. Facing Kamaru Usman and Sean Brady, Buckley got taken down four times for over 12 minutes of control in each outing.
Erin Blanchfield | More Than 56.5 Significant Strikes

In Saturday night’s co-main event, women’s flyweights Erin Blanchfield (14–2, 8–1 UFC) and Jasmine Jasudavicius (15–4, 9–3 UFC) could neutralize each other’s grappling and trigger a stand-up battle. Although neither fighter has much stoppage prowess, Blanchfield enters with far superior striking and has landed over 56.5 significant strikes in three of her last four fights. Backed by a 10-year age advantage, she should be faster, cleaner, and more effective on the feet than the 37-year-old veteran.
Cristian Perez | More Than 94.5 Fantasy Points

Lightweight prospect Cristian Perez (15–2) will make his UFC debut following a second-round TKO win over Logan Paxton on Dana White’s Contender Series earlier this year. He makes his first trip to the Octagon with an 80 percent finish rate, with each of his last six wins coming inside the distance. Perez appears well-positioned to make a strong first impression against struggling veteran Kyle Nelson (17–7–1, 5–6–1 UFC), who has gotten finished five times since joining the UFC in 2018. Nelson has lost two of his last three fights by first-round stoppage, most recently getting TKO’d by Terrance McKinney inside 30 seconds.
Louis Jourdain | Less Than 73.5 Fantasy Points

Unlike Perez, Louis Jourdain (9–3) draws a tough assignment for his UFC debut. Although he enters on a four-fight winning streak, the Canadian bantamweight hasn’t competed since his third-round submission win over Magno Dias on Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2025. The younger brother of bantamweight contender Charles Jourdain will have to shake off ring rust and Octagon jitters in a trying matchup against Timmy Cuamba (10–4, 2–3 UFC). Despite a turbulent run in the promotion so far, Cuamba has won two of his last three fights and will be the younger, more active, and experienced contender on Saturday night.
Mandel Nallo | More Than 0.5 Knockouts

After a knockout loss in his Octagon debut, Mandel Nallo (14–4, 0–1 UFC) now has a chance to deliver his own highlight-reel finish. The hard-hitting Canadian lightweight — who boasts a 100 percent finish rate with eight KOs — will now face an even less durable veteran in Nate Landwehr (18–8, 5–6 UFC). The former’s chin has been reduced to rubble at this point in his career; Landwehr has suffered five pro losses by knockout or TKO, including three straight finishes heading into Saturday night.
Joel Faglier | More Than 7:30 Fight Time

Heavyweight prospects Javad Mahjoub (5–0) and Joel Faglier (6–0) will make their UFC debuts with distinct skill sets; the former has an advantage on the ground, while the latter is more dangerous on the feet. That said, both fighters come from a grappling background, and wrestling exchanges could delay a potential finish. Both Mahjoub and Faglier have fought to a decision within their last two fights, and it should take more than 7:30 before one of them gets their hand raised in Edmonton.
