What happened to Lamar Jackson? Live injury updates for Ravens vs. Titans on Sunday 10/4/26

UPDATE: Lamar Jackson is officially questionable to return with his ankle injury, which he suffered on a play close to the end of the first half. See the video below.

Jackson didn’t start the second half of Sunday’s matchup between the Ravens and the Titans, and the quarterback is questionable to return due to an ankle injury.

Jackson is currently on the Ravens’ sideline without a helmet on and Tyler Huntley is in at quarterback for the Ravens. Before exiting, Jackson completed 15-of-20 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns, and he rushed for 20 yards on two carries.

In the $2.75 Million Fantasy Football Millionaire on DraftKings, Jackson was only rostered by 2.1% of the field.
