What happened to Ja’Marr Chase? Live injury updates for Bengals vs. Jaguars on Sunday 10/4/26

UPDATE: Chase has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game vs. the Jaguars with a concussion.

UPDATE: Chase is officially questionable to return, and is being evaluated for a concussion.

Chase went down awkwardly and appeared to suffer an injury after a face mask tackle in the first half of Sunday’s matchup between the Bengals and Jaguars.

Chase is currently in the locker-room being evaluated, possibly for a concussion, and there is no word on his availability to return to this game. Before exiting, Chase caught all three of his targets for 26 yards.

Chase is off to another hot start this season, sitting as the No.9 scoring receiver for fantasy football heading into Week 4 and he was a popular option in Sunday’s $2.75 Million Fantasy Football Millionaire on DraftKings, being rostered by 19.5% of the field.
