A fight more than two years in the making, bantamweight prospects Brady Hiestand and Rinya Nakamura will finally collide at UFC Fight Night: Rosas Jr. vs. Barcelos inside the Meta APEX.
Hiestand (9–2, 3–1 UFC) returns to the Octagon for the first time since June 2024, hoping to pick up where he left off and extend his three-fight winning streak. Nakamura is also coming off a considerable layoff, looking to build on his first-round TKO win over Nathan Fletcher in August 2025.
The pair were initially set to meet at UFC 298 in February 2024 before Hiestand withdrew due to injury.
Nakamura enters as a heavy -380 moneyline favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook. Hiestand is a +300 underdog, with the fight total set at O/U 1.5 rounds.

Bouncing back from his first professional loss, “Hybrid,” 31, bulldozed Nathan Fletcher in just 62 seconds. The Road to UFC alum is, like Brady Hiestand, a formidable wrestler — one who has never been taken down in the UFC. On Saturday, he’ll look to win these grappling exchanges and score another explosive finish.
