Below, I break down my favorite player prop bets for Saturday’s game between the Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Missouri Tigers.

Mississippi State vs. Missouri player props

Cayden Lee 70+ total receiving yards (-110)

Cayden Lee carved up Kansas for 120 yards on six catches, with Donovan Olugbode matching him reception for reception and finishing one yard ahead. Austin Simmons has already fed both receivers in a road win. Lee now has 256 yards on 16 catches, and I’m happy to back him while Olugbode takes his own substantial share.

Mississippi State ranks third against the run but 47th against the pass among 68 Power Four teams after opponent adjustment. Chip Lindsey should challenge that secondary when the Bulldogs squeeze Missouri’s running lanes. Troy restricted the Tigers to 49 offensive plays, which keeps me from chasing another 100-yard Lee performance. Six catches for roughly 80 yards feels more defensible.

Anthony Evans III 90+ receiving yards (-110)

Anthony Evans III dove over a South Carolina defender to finish a five-yard touchdown reception, and I’m enjoying how aggressively Kamario Taylor keeps involving him. Evans caught six passes for 55 yards in that comeback; through three games, he has accumulated 20 receptions and 294 yards. Jeff Lebby has plenty of reasons to keep putting the ball in his hands.

Missouri should make Fluff Bothwell scrap for his rushing yards, having conceded only 2.5 per carry. Taylor will need his receivers to sustain some possessions. The Tigers have also limited opponents to 49% completions, so I’ve restrained Evans’s expectation to about eight catches for 95 yards. Another afternoon of short gains could frustrate this ticket. I’m backing Taylor to find Evans often enough to make Missouri tackle him repeatedly.
