Below, I break down my favorite player prop bets for Saturday evening’s bitter rivalry showdown between the Auburn Tigers and the Florida Gators.
Here’s how I’ll play it. I’ll be pumping out these predictions for individual games all season, with plenty of coverage here on DraftKings Network. Follow my handle @dansby_edits for more betting plays.

Auburn vs. Florida player props
Jadan Baugh u105.5 total rushing yards (-105)
Florida’s run-the-Baugh mentality has looked excellent through two games so far this season, and the titular Jadan Baugh might shove this ticket in my face and really put the entire nation on notice this week. He’ll be a name bandied about during the first round of the NFL draft next year. Because, with new head coach Jon Sumrall at the wheels for Baugh, the Gators have averaged 7.0 yards per carry through two games. Now, it’s wise to reduce extraordinary expectation considerably for the Gators’ first road trip. Especially because Auburn’s front should be a nightmare compared to the comforts of Florida Atlantic or Campbell.
The Tigers have allowed just 2.2 yards per rush through two games, one against Baylor and one against Southern Miss. For Baugh, even a projection of around 20 attempts at 4.7 yards apiece still gives him a useful afternoon while leaving him below the number.
Baugh could finish with 94 yards—my projection—keep Florida’s offense moving, have very little to apologize for come final whistle, regardless who wins, and we’d still cash this puppy. We’d welcome all of it with under 105.5. It should be a close game. He should keep getting fed, and one long run could have this ticket in flames. But Auburn has supplied a more credible early test of its front than either defense Florida has faced. I love Baugh, but I’m trusting the Tigers’ 2026 production profile.
Byrum Brown over 220.5 passing yards (-115)
Byrum Brown’s second Auburn start looked far more poised than his debut, and his USF familiarity with Alex Golesh’s offense should continue accelerating his ability to lead this offense. The former South Florida quarterback threw for 226 yards against Southern Miss after a turnover-heavy, sloppy, devastatingly-ugly opening game against Baylor. We should see this offense start to settle into its greased rhythm against the Gators, even if the plays aren’t explosive.
Florida’s early pass defense has been strong, allowing just 4.7 yards per attempt, but that came against Florida Atlantic and Campbell. Momentum is its own reward, sure, but I’m not ready to say the Gators are about to snuff out Brown in he and Golesh’s house. Auburn plays fast, so that’ll be a test for the Gators too; it also means Brown should have his fair share of easy, short completions that could lead to meaningful YAC against a yardage-total ticket.
Brown can always keep the chains moving with with his legs, and leave this ticket entirely unrewarded. And it’s true that Auburn’s line has to improve after a lackluster game against Baylor. Even allowing for both, I expect about, at the minimum, 240 passing yards in a game that keeps Brown involved throughout. Golesh should have plenty of opportunities to find the short throw that gets Brown comfortable again. I’ll take over 220.5.
