The PGA TOUR is back this week with the first-ever Biltmore Championship Asheville, which will be played at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove (par 71, 7,249 yards, Bentgrass/POA greens) in Arden, North Carolina. This course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and this will be the Cliffs debut at the PGA TOUR level. This week’s field consists of 132 players and there will be a top-65 and ties cut following the first two rounds.
Below, I’ll dive into three of my favorite DFS options on DraftKings for the Biltmore Championship Asheville.

Top Golf DFS Picks for the 2026 Biltmore Championship Asheville
Corey Conners ($9,400)
Conners deserved a higher price tag in this weak field. Per usual, the two-time PGA TOUR winner has been reliable this season, making 19-of-21 cuts and supplying seven top-25 finishes, four of which have come in his last seven starts.
Conners has gained strokes on approach in five of his last seven starts and he remains one of the most precise drivers on the PGA TOUR, ranking 18th in driving accuracy. This bodes well for the Cliffs, where the fairways are narrow and bordered by thick rough.
Conners has finished T-26 or better in seven of his last 12 starts at a Nicklaus course and he ranks eighth in this field in strokes gained per round at tracks in the Southeast. Conners has flashed big upside during the fall swing in the past – he finished runner-up at the Sanderson Farms Championship in 2018 and T-7 at the Procore Championship in 2024 – and the Canadian should finish high on the leaderboard in his debut at the Cliffs.
Nico Echavarria ($7,400)
Echavarria just secured his third PGA TOUR win at the Nicklaus-designed PGA National for the Cognizant Classic in March and the Columbian travels to the Cliffs as the maker of nine of his past 10 cuts.
Echavarria just finished T-12 at both the Wyndham Championship and FedEx St. Jude Championship last month, and he has a long history of flourishing during the fall swing. Echavarria won the 2024 ZOZO Championship and he finished runner-up at the RSM Classic that same year. He was also great last fall, finishing ninth at the Baycurrent Classic, T-14 at the World Wide Technology Championship and T-4 at the RSM Classic.
Echavarria knows how to elevate his game in weaker fields and he brings great upside at an affordable cost.
Tony Finau ($7,400)
Finau has had a lackluster season by his standards, carding only one top-10 finish, but he has only missed two cuts in his past eight starts and he gained a rock-solid 3.3 strokes on approach at the Wyndham Championship his last time out.
Finau now makes his way to the Cliffs and this venue being a Nicklaus creation is terrific news for Finau. The six-time PGA TOUR winner ranks fourth in this field in strokes gained per round at Nicklaus courses. Finau has finished T-31 or better in seven of his past 10 starts at a Nicklaus design, most recently with a T-29 at the Memorial in June.
Finau also ranks fourth in this field in strokes gained per round at fall events, most notably with a win at the Houston Open in November of 2022. Sitting 98th in the FedEx Cup Fall standings, Finau needs to have a strong fall to retain his PGA TOUR card, as only the top-100 do so. After over a month off, the experienced veteran should be very prepared for this event and Finau could surprise with a high finish.
