NXT is returning to the WWE Performance Center for an episode of its weekly television show after Sunday’s premium live event, Heatwave. At Heatwave, four title changes occurred, including Zaria’s win over Wren Sinclair to unify the Women’s North American and Speed titles.
As always, this week’s edition of Tuesday Night NXT is stacked with a four-match card. There are two high-stakes matches in the men’s division: Mason Rook vs. Kam Hendrix and Naraku vs. Shiloh Hill. With new champions Grayson Waller and Kelani Jordan, we will see their reigns begin and which challengers will step up.

Singles Match: Mason Rook vs. Kam Hendrix
Mason Rook and Kam Hendrix are set for a rematch after they had their first singles match on August 11. Hendrix beat Rook in their last match. Rook has suffered three consecutive losses and desperately needs a victory to get back on track.

Singles Match: Naraku vs. Shiloh Hill
Naraku lost to Tony D’Angelo in an NXT Championship match a few weeks ago and now will look to get back in the win column against Shiloh Hill. Hill has shown upside on NXT, but he will likely be overmatched in this contest against Naraku, who is a veteran of the sport.

Singles Match: Thea Hail vs. Nikkita Lyons
Thea Hail, who has lost her last four singles matches at NXT, will try to turn things around against Nikkita Lyons. This is Nikkita Lyons’ first singles match on NXT TV since April. Lyons’ last victory in a one-on-one NXT match came in November 2024. With that being the case, I’m taking Thea Hail to win this match due to her being more active in NXT.

Tag Team Match: Noam Dar & Romeo Moreno vs. Sean Legacy & Dorian Van Dux
Sean Legacy and Dorian Van Dux have been a new addition to the NXT tag team division in recent months and have won two matches together on the brand. Another new team in NXT is Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno. Van Dux is the X-factor in this match due to his athleticism and power advantage.
