The 2026 Travers Stakes takes place tonight, with a post time of 6:35 p.m. ET! This is the 157th Travers Stakes, hosted at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York. This is the 157th edition of the Travers Stakes.

King of the Track Pick: Golden Tempo (3/2)

Golden Tempo is the favorite in today’s Travers Stakes with 3/2 odds, and it’s for good reason. This year, Golden Tempo has won the Belmont Stakes and the Kentucky Derby. Golden Tempo has four first-place finishes in six career races. Golden Tempo is also familiar with Saratoga Race Course, where the Belmont Stakes took place in June. In the Travers Stakes, Golden Tempo is in the ninth position. Previously, Golden Tempo has found success when starting towards the back of the field. 

How to Play King of the Track

  2. Bet on a horse to win the 2026 Travers Stakes ($5 minimum wager) on DK Horse.
  3. If the horse you wagered on with your token wins, you win a share of $100,000 in bonus bets paid out the next day.
