11-year UFC veteran Vicente Luque takes on Tresean Gore in the first bout of the UFC 330 Prelims. Luque recently made the move to the Middleweight division, as he scored a first-round submission over Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 327 in April. Gore, 32, is 7-4 with six finishes in his career and beat Azamat Bekoev by submission in his previous fight in April.

Vicente Luque Moneyline (-102)
Since entering the UFC in 2022, Gore has had highs and lows. Gore is 3-4 in the UFC and hasn’t won consecutive fights since November 2024. This is Luque’s 26th fight in the UFC as he enters this bout 17-8 in the promotion. Since 2022, Luque has struggled against elite competition, going 3-5 in his last eight contests.
In this matchup, Gore is a slight -118 favorite with Luque being the underdog at -102 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Gore is slightly taller (6’0″ vs. 5’11”), while both fighters in this bout have a 75″ standing reach. Luque is a versatile fighter with 11 knockouts and 10 submissions. His biggest advantage comes on the feet, where he averages 1.39 more significant strikes than Gore while having better striking accuracy (50% vs. 49%) and defense (51% vs. 40%). On the ground, Gore lands 1.02 more takedowns per 15 minutes, but Luque has a 59 percent takedown defense.
Even though Middleweight isn’t Luque’s traditional weight class, he should be able to continue his winning streak with his quickness and elite finishing ability. If Luque can defend Gore’s takedowns, his path to victory will be clearer. Getting the veteran at -102 is a good value because of his elite experience and all-around skill set.
