Fernandes is currently on a three-fight winning streak, with two of them coming by first-round knockout. He last beat Harry Hardwick in September 2025. Fernandes suffered a split decision loss to Marc Diakiese in his UFC debut in November 2023 but hasn’t come up short since. After losing back-to-back fights by submission or knockout, Turner returned to the win column in a major way at UFC 323 in December 2025 with a first-round knockout over Edson Barboza. Turner has been in the UFC since 2018 and has an 8-6 record in the promotion.
As usual, Turner has a big height (6’3″ vs. 5’9″) and reach (77″ vs. 73″) advantage in this contest. Offensively, Turner is a better striker than Fernandes, as he lands 5.79 significant strikes per minute compared to Fernandes’ 4.28. But “The Tarantula” does get hit often as he absorbs 4.54 significant strikes per minute.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Turner is a -115 favorite with Fernandes being the -105 underdog. The over/under is 1.5 rounds, with the under at -130 and the over at +100. If Turner comes out as aggressive as he was in his last bout, he should be able to find success against Fernandes. Fernandes does possess power of his own, but he could struggle with Turner’s volume and pressure.
